Job Description
We’re seeking a Client Services Assistant to join our Wealth Advisory team.
In this role your focus will be on delivering high‑quality service while providing essential administrative and compliance support to Advisers and the broader team. This role is key to ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and a consistently positive client experience.
What makes you ‘just right’:
Previous experience working in financial planning roles would be favourable
Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibility, integrity and a professional outlook
A team focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality
Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously despite changing priorities and requirements
Good client services skills and the ability to own your and manage your role and workload
Proven skills in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience using Worksorted and/or Xplan would be favourable
What your day might look like:
First point of contact for incoming client calls and establishing client rapport
Managing Adviser diaries and admin inbox for the team and confirming meetings for Advisers
Liaising with clients and other valued third-party providers
Management, preparation and follow up of clients’ Agreements, Invoices and Compliance documents
Completing KYC & regular compliance checking of all files
Personal workflow management and delegation to junior staff as needed
Assisting the Practice Manager on adhoc tasks and projects
