The Opportunity 

We're seeking a talented Talent Acquisition and P&C Advisor to join our Brisbane team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive our recruitment efforts and contribute to our People & Culture initiatives. 
 
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our firm's growth and culture, working closely with Partners, Managers, and the broader Operations team. You'll play a crucial role in shaping our workforce, enhancing our employer brand, and fostering an inclusive environment that aligns with our CARE values. 

Job Description

Your will be responsibility for: 

  • End-to-end recruitment for professional and support staff positions, including offshore roles 

  • Leading our early careers identification, engagement activities and onboarding 

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and determine appropriate recruitment strategies and pipeline planning 

  • Screening candidates, conducting initial interviews as may be required, and administering skills assessments 

  • Managing the offer process, including negotiation of employment terms 

  • Overseeing employee onboarding, inductions, and probation processes 

  • Providing advisory support on diversity and inclusion strategies in recruitment 

  • Maintaining salary data and reporting on remuneration trends 

Ancillary responsibilities may include: 

  • Assist in scheduling learning and development sessions 

  • Providing first level support to our people on P&C Policies and Procedures 

  • Co-ordinating and contributing to our engagement and culture events, including drafting of comms 

  • Assisting in maintaining our online HRIS system (ELMO) 

Desired Skills and Experience

About You: 

  • Previous experience in an internal recruitment role 
  • Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms 
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate 
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail 
  • Adaptable with strong time and priority management capabilities 
  • Experience in HR or an HR qualification is desirable 
  • Prior experience of using an HRIS systems 
  • Experience across the MS Office suite
