Job Description
The position will involve two main areas of responsibility made up of the following duties and will take on new administrative responsibilities over time:
Office Maintenance Duties
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness around the office (e.g., reception area, kitchen area, stationery areas)
Opening and distributing incoming mail and outgoing mail
Scanning, copying and binding of documents
Preparing refreshments for clients
Maintaining office stock levels
Updating client database where required
Assisting with preparations for office events/meetings, including catering
Monitor general enquires inbox
Ad-Hoc administration requests
Reception Duties
Greeting clients professionally at reception by welcoming and directing them appropriately
Attend to all incoming calls by transferring to staff and taking messages to ensure timely communication
Oversee meeting room calendars and ensure meeting rooms are kept clean and presentable
Book couriers, receive parcels, and manage deliveries
Processing daily lodgements with the ATO
