Job Description

The position will involve two main areas of responsibility made up of the following duties and will take on new administrative responsibilities over time:

Office Maintenance Duties

  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness around the office (e.g., reception area, kitchen area, stationery areas)
  • Opening and distributing incoming mail and outgoing mail
  • Scanning, copying and binding of documents
  • Preparing refreshments for clients
  • Maintaining office stock levels
  • Updating client database where required
  • Assisting with preparations for office events/meetings, including catering
  • Monitor general enquires inbox
  • Ad-Hoc administration requests

Reception Duties

  • Greeting clients professionally at reception by welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Attend to all incoming calls by transferring to staff and taking messages to ensure timely communication
  • Oversee meeting room calendars and ensure meeting rooms are kept clean and presentable
  • Book couriers, receive parcels, and manage deliveries
  • Processing daily lodgements with the ATO
