Administration Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our Office and Business Advisory teams. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support, assist with client communications, manage compliance-related tasks, and help maintain accurate client records. As you grow in the position, you’ll gradually take on additional responsibilities and contribute more broadly to the team’s success.

Job Description

The Role 

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about administration and looking to progress their career further within a leading professional services firm. The successful applicant for this role will have responsibility for supporting our Brisbane office personnel. It currently involves the following duties: 

  • Liaise and communicate professionally with clients via email and phone  
  • Word processing of reports, general letters of advice, minutes etc. including drafting of routine correspondence 
  • Compilation of activity statements together with letters to clients 
  • Electronic filing of letters and other documents and correspondence 
  • Scan and save various items for your team 
  • Assist with maintaining the firm’s APS database 
  • Preparing client lodgements for processing with the ATO. 
  • Processing of ATO correspondence and liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients. 
  • Liaise professionally with clients and provide hospitality (if required) during office visits. 
  • Assisting other administrative staff where necessary 
  • Ad-hoc administrative requests from your team
