Job Description
The Role
The position will be responsible for completing administrative tasks for the firm’s Business Advisory teams. It will involve the following duties and will take on new administrative responsibilities over time:
Liaise professionally with clients and provide hospitality (if required) during office visits
Arrange client meetings and external meetings as well as venue arrangements
Word processing of reports, general letters of advice, minutes etc. including drafting of routine correspondence
Effective management of calendars – including Partners’ calendars and meeting room/carpark calendars
Compilation of financial statements and income tax returns, together with bills and letters to clients
Attending to corporate secretarial matters and liaising with the corporate secretarial team on these matters
Electronic and hard copy filing of letters and other documents and correspondence
Scan and save completed workpaper files of your team
Relieve reception when required
Assist with maintaining the firm’s APS database
Assist with maintaining the office and performing general office duties where required
Work on new process implementation or projects when necessary
Processing of ATO correspondence and liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
Preparing client lodgements for processing with the ATO

Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously despite changing priorities and requirements
Good client services skills
Proven skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience in an office based administrative role, preferably in a professional services firm
